All delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

We use reputable UK courier services to deliver your parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. We are not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For bulky or oversized items, additional delivery charges may apply. These will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you confirm your order.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you require delivery to a non-standard address (such as a PO Box, BFPO address or secure collection point), please contact our customer service team to check eligibility.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted item for a full refund.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or not as described.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.
• We will arrange a free collection or provide a prepaid returns label at no cost to you.
• At your choice, we will issue a full refund (including original delivery charges) or send a replacement item free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty:

How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we need to allocate a returns reference to track your parcel.

All electrical and electronic products sold through our website come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, failure to follow product care instructions, normal wear and tear, or use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

Non-electrical household products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product proves defective within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full replacement or refund. Beyond this period, your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law continue to apply for up to six years from the date of purchase in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SIMPSON WHOLESALERS LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any products purchased through it.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to any claim connected with the purchase of products from this website shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
